"I have participated in Art Therapy workshops several times and each time I felt blessed. I always feel that the organisers pour so much love into these workshops that I always leave ten times happier and more energized compared to my state when I arrived.

I am also a member of the ArtExtasia choir.

I don't consider myself an artist, but somehow, when I take part in the rehearsals here, I feel an almost natural connection to art. It's a very authentic learning experience for me, and I'm extremely grateful for the openness and beauty that I receive and can give in these workshops."

I joined the Artextasia choir in 2022. Since then we have had several concerts, all of which have been an uplifting and unique experience for me. In these concerts we have performed several times with Artextasia musicians, including opera singers, which has been a great honour for me.

The international choir has members from all over the world, of various age groups. The choir's mission is to channel and transmit divine qualities through our voices and to share divine beauty with the audience at the concerts.

In addition to singing, the choir is also an opportunity for spiritual development. Many of us have undergone significant transformation by transcending our limitations and beliefs.

Last but not least, we can always rely on each other when one of us faces challenges or difficulties in our personal lives. We also celebrate birthdays and have lots of fun and laughter at rehearsals. I always look forward to meeting my loving singing family before our Friday night rehearsals.

What comes to mind about the theater course? Art and the art of living. Divine laws and attributes. Deeper self-knowledge and exploration of our inner essence. Transformation. On stage you can be anyone, experience anything, even what you haven't experienced in life. Or maybe you have, but in a different way.

What happens on stage is pure magic. It gives you a mirror that reflects your current state, and if you have the courage to surrender, the transformation begins immediately. Lightning fast. Closer and closer to your true essence, new qualities blossom in the infinite field of your soul. Whether the sun is shining or the storm is raging, you are happy and grateful to exist. Here and now. On the stage of Life.

For example, it means a completely different thing for a particular type of person to have a helpful intention, for some it is an unconscious basic function, for others an unconscious response and for the third type the result of serious work of self-knowledge.

It also helped me to understand what is important for each type of person, what they get from a conversation and what they remember from a shared experience.

It's also good if I can say: "I could only understand you so far, from here it's Chinese for me, please explain!"

It is especially useful in work and couple relationships, where we think all roles are evident and everyone wants the same thing!

It's definitely useful to learn if you want to transcend yourself, because if you don't know who the Self is, it can take a long time. Good luck!

My soul longed to open up, to soften, to surrender, to let go of the heavy armour of the ego. Capturing the present moment is the obligatory cornerstone of artistic work, and it has an uplifting and intensely transformative effect on my whole life. This presence is the true nourishment of the heart.
